Picture Perfect
Ever since I started on my sourdough journey over a year ago, I've been a maniac when I comes to taking photos of everything involving sourdough. Another one of my passions has always been photography; hence food and photo taking go hand in hand. You might have guessed it by now... I have a passion for a lot things in life, but it is especially true when it comes to food! It seems that's it's getting harder for me to keep all my passions hidden these days;) *thank you technology*
So with that in mind, you might get a sense of my excitement every time someone sends me a photo of their newest sourdough creation. Mash two passions of mine together and this girl gets pretty excited! I thought rather than only bombarding Shawn with all the photos that are sent to me of other peoples sourdoughs (either from taking "Heather's Sourdough Teaching Course" or sharing my starter with those who want to try making their own), I thought I'd share some of their photos with all of you. I'm also really proud of all the people who are learning how to make sourdough and how they are now feeding their family and friends. It's like witnessing love spread right before your very eyes! 😍

These next 3 photos were sent after I taught my first sourdough making class.
I asked each one of my students to send me a photo of the loaves they took home to bake.
I was thrilled to see the results! And they all said the sourdough was delicious:)

From time to time I get questions along with photos on the sourdough making process. I am by no means an expert, but if I don't know the answer, you better believe I'm going to find out!
These little beauties were to show some bread batches being turned into pizza doughs.
Speaking of which...
Most of the sourdough pizza photos are posted on Facebook; either from those who are making pizza doughs from scratch or who have purchased my premade doughs to make their own.
We absolutely love Pizza Night at our house! I also get excited seeing other bakers sourdough pizza creations - like this one :)))
Photo of the Week.
I recently split Ruby and gave a piece away to family eager to take on sourdough making.
This is only their second loaf ever made and all I can say is, "Whoa!"
I'm very impressed;)
Countless pictures of people enjoying my sourdoughs in all kinds of ways and with all sorts of toppings are sent to me weekly. Sometimes it's just a photo of the bread, and others are pictures of themselves and their families enjoying delicious bites. I've even received videos of people eating sourdoughs! Every one of these photos I receive warms my heart and shows how much other people are lovin' and enjoying food as much as I do. Thanks to everyone who shares the love through photos - keep 'em coming!
